Since the beginning of modern era of human, there are only two main jobs in the world. First as the employee who works at the company owned by single person or several persons, and second, as the owner of the company who hires many employee. Both of them have advantages and disadvantages. As employee we don’t need to think about big thing and somehow don’t need to think about the company performance and continuity because all they need to think about is how they work well so they will be remained in the company. This is really easy part of role in the working place, so we call this as comfort zone. Most people in the world choose this way as an employee because they need fix income and they feel comfortable with the condition of fix payment every month. The second role is as owner or we call this businessman. It is more difficult role because we need to think big and think how the company still can be the place for many people to stand for paying their daily life. As the owner we need to have more responsibility because many people are depending on our decision. Which one do you choose?
