If you see reputable and great company with positive achievement or selling rate, what factor that you may think behind all of their success? I believe you will see the chairman behind the company, the one who leads hundreds or thousands employee to get the destination as targeted by all stake holders. Chairman has big effect in the development of every company that is why many companies try to get the best leader for them. I am a witness of radical changing in government electric company at my country. The chairman has just been replaced to the person who has great capability, I hope it will be better than the last chairman.
