Business development is important part in every company especially for multinational company. It is new branch in company where only medium company has. What is the point of being business development staff? If you are joining this department then you are joining the core of every company because it is like engine place in a car. As business development staff, we need to plan business schema in good way, test it many times to see how the probability of that plan to be succeed in the future. It is hard part of company job because we need to think and act in same time which is almost impossible to do. We can’t get both works because it won’t be better for our life. I saw lots of things related to this business development staff. My fiancé was going to the Jakarta to prove herself was suitable to work at a big company. After following some tests, she wasn’t accepted for the job. This is really sad moment in her life. But God has planned good planning for our life. Being refused twice in different company as business development staff totally made her put her choice, working there or here. And the decision comes from the second option.
