In my country we see the economy is fully recovered because we never see the economy growth at the minus rate because it is positive even at last year, when almost countries fear the contraction and economy downgrade. It is a great achievement for new emerging market. Int the large scale, the world has not yet recovered because we still see there is fear factor in the largest economy country, United States about the jobless rate which is beyond expectation. Crisis is not yet over, we need innovation and new plan to get it off.
